A breakages
deposit of £200/500 CHF should be sent as
a separate cheque with final amount, to be held
in case of damages incurred to contents of the chalet
or elsewhere on the property. This cheque will be
returned to the tenant shortly after his departure,
subject to there being no claim made or extra charges
due.
Full payment is due no later than 4 weeks before
